Your cue to book a spa day

This is your cue to book a spa day and take some time out to relax and unwind!

Ben and I rarely do anything without the kids and with a big lifestyle change of a new job (for me) pending, we were delighted to be invited to try the Nadarra Spa at The Coniston Hotel in the Yorkshire Dales.

What’s the perfect schedule at the Spa?

We arrived and were welcomed with an energy shot, before being whisked off for our relaxing spa treatments. We then enjoyed a delicious lunch in the Blossom Kitchen before moving onto the Spa area where we could try everything from the huge indoor pool, Himalayan salt sauna, ice fountain, aromatherapy steam room (my favourite!) to various indoor and outdoor jacuzzis.

What spa treatments are on offer?

Nadarra Spa has a huge range of treatments on offer from facials to massages and body treatments. The full list of treatments can be viewed here. We both had the Aromatherapy Associates Forest Therapy ritual experience, designed to bring calm, peace and grounding, and oh my did it deliver! We both floated out on fluffy relaxed clouds!

What to take to the Spa?

Robes and towels are provided, so we just took flip flops and toiletries. Everything else is included.

Do they do packages?

Yes, The Coniston offers a range of spa day and stay packages so you have the option to choose a flying visit or make a weekend of it!
